s35 Dispersal Order authorised for south Westminster

Good evening, 

As we enter the Autumn Nights period, and in anticipation of anti-social behaviour, crime and disorder, a dispersal authority has been granted under s34 Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act by Chief Inspector Mcleavery.

The dispersal order is in place from 1700hrs on 30th October 2026 until 0400hrs on 31st October 2026. The dispersal zone is outlined in the attached map, covering the wards or parts thereof of Pimlico North, Pimlico South, Vincent Square, St James and Knightsbridge & Belgravia. 

Under s35 of the Act, powers are granted to officers to direct a person to leave the zone if they believe a person has, or is likely to, contribute to members of the public being harassed, alarmed or distressed, or has, or is likely to, contribute to crime/disorder.

There is an extensive policing plan in place tonight and over the weekend across the borough. If you witness or are victim of a crime or Anti-Social Behaviour, please report using 999/101.
